Yes! 

People who live or work in Adams County (18 or older and completed high school) may register for a free Community Borrower card by filling out an application at the library’s Check Out Desk.  High School residents of Adams County (age 16-18) may apply for a library card if accompanied by a guardian. Students and faculty of the Lutheran Seminary, ACLCP schools, PALCI schools, or Mt. St. Mary’s are also eligible to apply for a library card

There is no application fee.

Your identification card is needed to check out physical materials.  Patrons may borrow up to 20 items, including up to 10 DVDs, with one renewal period. Patrons may renew over the phone by calling the Circulation Desk at (717) 337-7024 or by logging into their account.
