How do I troubleshoot problems with accessing library resources from off-campus?
If you are having problems accessing library resources from off-campus, try the following:
- Log-out of off-campus access.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or use your browser's incognito or private browsing mode.
- Try a different browser. For example, if you are using Chrome, try using Firefox. It is best practice to have at least 2 different browsers installed on your computer. If you are a Mac user, using Safari is not recommended with off-campus access, so use Chrome or Firefox instead.
If you are still having problems, email ask@gettysburg.edu for help.
