Because we borrow items through different systems, there is not a simple answer to this question. If you see a "renew" button when looking at the items on the Muscat Plus account, go ahead and click the button to see if the lending institution will grant a renewal. If no "renew" button is present, you should email illform@gettysburg.edu to ask our interlibrary loan staff to reach out to the lending institution about a renewal. Generally speaking, ILL items that have a long loan period, like 16 weeks, cannot be renewed.
