Only Community Patrons are charged overdue fines. All patrons are billed the replacement cost when an item is overdue for more than 21 days.
Material | Overdue | Replacement |
---|---|---|
Books | $0.25 per day per book | Minimum of $35 |
DVDs | $1 per day per DVD | Minimum of $35 |
CDs | $1 per day per CD | Minimum of $35 |

Billing
Accumulated charges are sent to the finance office for inclusion on the student's college billing statement at the start of the following months:
- October
- November
- December
- February
- March
- April
- May
If an item is returned after the patron is billed, the circulation staff will ask Student Accounts to refund the charge.
